Do you provide pickup & delivery?
Yes — we offer free doorstep pickup and delivery within 10 km of our shop on all orders of ₹600 or more. Orders below ₹600 can be dropped off and collected at the shop.
Which areas do you cover?
Any address within a 10 km radius of our shop. Not sure if you're covered? Send us your location on WhatsApp and we'll confirm right away.
Is there a minimum order value?
For pickup & delivery the minimum order is ₹600. There is no minimum if you visit the shop directly.
How long does cleaning take?
Most garments are returned within 24 hours. Heavy items like carpets, curtains and quilts may take 2–3 days depending on size and fabric.
How do I pay?
Pay on delivery — cash or UPI. The final amount is confirmed at pickup after a quick fabric check.
